I have ordered Online Samsung Galaxy S - 5 online Order Num Order #**** and I opted for Store Pick Up , but when I went to designated store , Store representative denied receiving any such order . The I contacted Customer care they told me that The Device has already sent for delivery but you can pick up from store once you will receive the device you can send us back . Then again I pay to store I picked up Galaxy S-5 and I was assign the Number **** . After some time on 14th of Aug I received Galaxy S-5 . Without activating on even opening the box at once I send It back on 23rd Aug . When I log into account I found that You people have already activated two number (**** ) and **** on my behalf . The Number **** I have never ask to activate I don't know why you have activated this number also you have generated next month bill for this number . I was only using the number **** . When I contacted customer care they told me that once the device will reach the inventory all the charges will be revert back and they told me that just pay the billing amount that correspond to number **** . and I pay this amount on time . After that I try to contact customer care several time they again givinggiving same reply that once the device will reach inventory the charges will be taken back . Its more than three weeks still the charges are appearing on my bill and I am receiving mail that I am a defaulter that is completly incorrect . Please suggest what to Do ?
