i was told my a customer service representative via chat that if i made a payment by Friday, i could have my services restored. i made the payment today a day earlier than Friday, now im being told that because my new bill became past due today that it needs to be paid also. Thats a total of $829. my bill is only 1 day late. They lied simply to get the past due payment and no one wants to hear my concerns. i spent my last single dollar on this bill so that i could do my work properly and have a peace of mind in being able to reach my son while im at work. My bill is always well over $300 montly. i spend tons of money with At&T. a bill one day late should not be worth losing a customer over. i dont feel valued at all. I keep calling customer service and they refuse to give me a contact person, phone number, or email to corporate. They have even hang up on me. How do i escalate my concern?
