extra payment when contract expired

Dear AT&T 

 

I bought a phone and got on a gophone plan, where the payment was done automatically from my credit card. I cancelled my plan after 7 months and i called your costumer service, and they told me the expiration date was going to be on August 13th. I called about three times making sure that after the july payment i didnt have to pay anymore, and they agreed and told me that i was done paying. Now you've charged me an extra month even though the phone isnt working anymore, and I dont understand why, since I called several times making sure i was done paying. 

 

Furthermore youve closed my account so i cant go online and view my plan or contact you in the chat service. 

I expect my money to be back on my creditcard within a maximum of five days. 

 

Please acknowledge this with a date for the transfer of my money.
