I have been a LONG time AT&T customer and spend over $350 a month for AT&T services and was disgusted by the lack of respect I received today! My company took over my cell phone account and stayed with AT&T per my request. I was informed that I will still receive a bill for my regular monthly cycle ($95) for 5 DAYS worth of service!!!! That is ridiculous to not prorate my account. I should only be responsible for 5 days of service! That's about $16 at best. Every other service, including, UVerse is prorated! Your company has absolutely shown there lack of respect for my business. Both reps I spoke with, one being a floor manager, we're horrible! To say that I'm disappointed would be a gross understatement! As soon as my contract ends I will be switching my husband and I over to Verizon, and I will end my service with Uverse. You may not care to lose $4,200 a year but I will be glad to allocate those funds to companies that are more deserving of my hard earned money!!!
