Constant Billing calls after already Arranges

The billing department has been calling me once a day for the last 2 days and several times last week regarding my due payment on my account which I'm aware of and have made 2 seperate arrangements on September 6 for half of my bill which has doubled in price from which I was not expecting. I had 4 phones on my account a month ago And was paying $160. Plus taxes etc. And was used to paying no more then $210-230 a month, yet now I've only added 1 addl. Line paid activation etc. But still have not had time to look into why it is so much higher (if a mistake, w my options etc. On my bill yet since I'm working more and haven't had the time to EVEN LOOK IT OVER...and I'm badgered from billing , accounting department to pay my bill immediately but like I'm telling you and them is I arranged to pay half $150.65 on September 6, and the other half 150.00 on September 15, I have an confirmation number when I set this up on the 6th this is the confirmation I received after I paid $150.65 on 8/6 the message is as follows;

Yet the billing department oblivious to this or not caring about it and just keep calling to get the already promised payment I've ALREADY set up OVER A WEEK AGO and keeps calling me and setting up YET MORE addl. payments arranfemens that I try to explain I've already set up here is one below they set up, SO FAR THEY IM NOT SURE HOW MANY DUPLICATE PAYMENTS THEY HAVE SET UP WHICH I NEVER APPROVED SO I AM ON THE PHONE TALKING ABOUT THIS MATTER IN WORK NO LESS FOR SOMETIMES AN HOUR EACH TIME THEY CALL !!

I ONLY WANT MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT TO GO THROUGH AS I HAVE SET IT UP ON 8/6 FOR THE REST OF THE AMOUNT I OWE , IF I RECEIVE ANOTHER MEANINGLESS DISTURBING CALL ABOUT THIS MATTER I WILL FILE COMPLAINT'S AND NOT TO MENTION THEFT FROM THE ASSOCIATES USING MY CREDIT CARD AND MAKING THESE ADDITIONAL PAYMENT ARRAGEMENTS WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION / I ONLY WANT MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT I SET UP MYSELF TO BE PROCESSED ON 8/6 I BELIEVE THERE ARE LIKELY 3 OTHER PAYMENTS THEY HAVE PUT ME ON EVEN AFTER I HAVE EXPLAINED TO ALL OF THE PEOPLE I SPOKE TO ABOUT THESE TIME CONSUMING/ WASTEFUL SENSELESS CALLS AGAIN AND WOULDN'T EVEN EXPLAIN THE BILL EXTRA BILL CHARGES WHICH IVE HAD NO TIME TO EVEN LOOK OVER YET, I MEAN EVEN IF THEY COULDN'T OR APPEARS JUST WANTED MY PAYMENT AND NOT TO HELP ME EVEN THOUGH THEY ASKED IF THEY COULD WITH ANYTHING ELSE THEY COULD OF AT LEAST TRANSFERRED ME TO SOMBODY OR AT LEAST GAVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL ABOUT THE VERY HIGH BILL CHARGE IF I GET ONE MORE CALL ABOUT MY PAYMENT I WILL DIS-CONTINUE THIS LOUSY SERVICE (THAT ONLY SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT THE MONEY YOU ALREADY ARE GOING TO GET ON THE 15th) IF IT CONTINUES AND IF MY CREDIT CARD GETS CHARGED FOR ALL THESE ADDL. PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS THE ASSOCIATES TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO MAKE, I WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND NOTE THIS HARASSMENT NOT ONLY TO BE RECONCILED BUT FOR BEING A LOYAL PAID CUSTOMER DEMAND COMPENSATION OVER YOUR MISTAKE WHICH IS QUITE CLEAR, FROM CALLS THAT WERE MADE TO ME AND THE TEXT MESSAGES
I'll CONTACT MY STORE REPRESENTATIVE WHICH SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY ONE I KNOW TO STOP THIS IGNORACE AND TO DIS-CONTINUE MY ACCOUNT I NO LONGER CAN STAND THESE SENSELESS CALLS AND THEM MAKING 4,5,6 PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WHICH THE AGENT TOOK UPON THEMSELVES TO MAKE AS I FOUND OUT IN THE TEXT THAT FOLLOWED EACH LENGTHY CALL CONSTANTLY OVER THIS WEEK AND THE PAST WEEK AND I WOULD THINK SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION SHOULD FOLLOW I've BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 6-8 YEARS AND/CANT PUT UP WITH THIS HARASSMENT ANYMORE OVER THIS ALREADY COMPLETED MATTER I ARRANGED MYSELF ON 8/6
