Around 4 years ago I thought I had cancelled my ATT service as I was no longer going to reside in the US, however I recently came to learn that it was not fully terminated. I have tried to pay remaining balance, but cannot access my account since my email or User ID won't work. My old number seems to have been given to someone else.
I urgently want to pay this balance as it is likely damaging my credit score. I have tried to reach ATT through email and have had no luck and I can't access the Chat Live feature.
How can this be fixed?
