At you stink

3.5 hours with 2 agents this week to reconcile multiple inconsistencies and anomalies on bill. Neither called back and issue still not resolved. Is it att's policy to just wear out existing customers with incompetent reps who won't transfer a person to a supervisor despite my certainty the rep can't handle it or me so then you gotta explain stuff all over again only to e disconnected an not called back. Thy just expect us to tire and give up. Hate hate hate AT&T. 130 for 700 minutes and 1line. Every month different random charges for what has always been the same plan but one month it's 89.59 the next 115 then 100 and it's like why why why. Reps suck AT&T sucks and I am done!
