I mistakenly blocked a charge from a merchant not realizing the merchant was AT&T...I got the merchant unblocked through my credit card company but keep getting the run around from at& t reps for 3 months.. About it being lifted..... It is very frustrating when told the problem will be fixed and as of today July 29, 2014 it still is not. I have been a loyal customer of AT&T for many many years....Now my question is who do I get in contact with to get this problem really resolved.... B/c this is my only card that I have been using it for the past 8-10 years with AT&T...I had to use someone else's to pay my bill the last 3 months... I do not want to continue to do this..
