I would like to know who I can write, email or whatever to get this hotspot taken off of my account, w/out penalty.  I have been told that I would have to pay a $138 early termanation charge.  I was sold this hotspot in April 2014 when my old internet service went out of business.  I am in a rural area and don't have any other options for internet.  The person I talked to today told me I could have just used my iphone 5 hotspot and didn't have to get this UNITE device at all.  I have been charged over $160 for going over my data plan.  I am no longer using the UNITE but still have to either pay the early termination (138) or $20/ month until 2016!  This is outrageous!  I shouldn't have to pay for something when i was sold the wrong thing for our family.  I told the person in April that my son played his PS3 online, I worked from home, using internet and my daughter and son both had their ipads and other devices.  This was clearly not the right option for us and I don't see how they can hold me in contract when it is so obvious that I should have never been sold this.
