I upgraded my phone to an iphone in march. So I got billed for that. and then again I was charged for the same thing in my next bill again. I tried to call the billing and explain them and they wouldnot take it off. Now i have been with AT & T for almost 30 yrs through massive lay off merger with cellularone. this is the reason why big companies have issues and lose loyal customers. I need to persue this even further. does any one have suggestions.
