Fraudulent charges on my Credit Card

I have charges from ATT to my credit card that my bank cant reverse until ATT authorizes the revesal.  I cannot get anyone at ATT to do this.  Details as follows...

 

I am having a problem with ATT home services charging to my credit card.  I found the charges, called ATT wireless and was told it was not them charging my CC.  From my CC statement we figured out it was Home Services charging me.

 

I do not have any ATT home services (nor have I ever).  After a bunch of phone calls to Wireless customer service and they helped identify the activity. 

 

4 Charges from Oct, Nov Dec and then again in March.

 

The first CSR I dealt with told me to call my bank and have them reverse the charges.  The bank reversed March and December but told me ATT would have to contact them to authorize the reversal of the other two.  I cannot find anyone at ATT to contact my bank.

 

The ATT fraud dept states this is not fruad since no one took advantage of my account.  I argue that it is fruad because someone other than me initiated a charge to my credit card.  I was really shocked at how poor the support from the fraud department was.  She was the rudent CSR I have dealt with in this matter so far.

 

Does anyone have any advice who I can take this issue to?  I have been on the phone for HOURS and HOURS on hold while CSRs decide who to transfer me to.  I am in an endless loop of CSRs transfering me and I can find no resolution.  This has been going on for well over a month.
