AT&T best practices aren't "best" for customer!

I bought a $90 plan so I could call/text when I was in Europe for two weeks. A month later I see on my bill I've been charged the "advance billing" of $90.00 plus the $84.00 for "actual billing." AT&T requires me to pay the "duplicate" billing charges until they give me a $90.00 credit the following month. What's up with that?  Congrats on scamming your customers AT&T.
