where should I file a compaint to At&T? I had 2800 rollver over minutes with me, suddenly At&T took away those minutes by saying after 12 months roll over minutes expired. I never received any notification that Roll over minutes are about to expire or expired. I found out when I received my bill which was charged by $200.17. I was surprised by looking that amount and quickly checked my account. I called rite away to customer care service to find what's going to my bill. They told me that my roll over was expired in May. I had huge conversation with that Customer care representative (Name: Jeff F.) that I never received notified by At&T about my roll over is about to expire. He replied it's in contract. I am with At&T past 6+ year and being loyal to one company, I am receiving these type of message from representative. I wasn't happy and he started forcing me to change my plan in order to waive $100.17 extra charge. I was like if you can do it than why don't accept that company havent send me any notification and give me my $100.17 extra that you have charged. He said it can only happen if you change my plan.
I told him, I am happy with my plan and I don't see new plan is helping me but he said no. Ig you do favor to me than I can do favor to you. I was like "What"
so my assumption about company is if we change our voice plan from current to new plan what customer care tell us, they will get raise or some bonus but we as a customer always suffer.
I wasn't satisfied with those answer so called again in evening so I can talk to them. That representative was the same way, change your plan than we can take those money rite away but otherwise we can't. I've asked for manager to talk and their floor support person (Nathan Jafkey). He was worst, He started telling me same thing and he was so Rude and so disrespectful. I've provide him same situation and he was like we can't do anything.
Long story short that At&T do not want to us (customer) to allow plan which we like. They want to select plan for you weather you like it or not.
