A couple weeks ago I had issues with my At&T go phone and I returned it to the warranty department. So all went well and I recieved a new device in the mail. About a week later I received an alert from my bank for a $115 withdrawal made by At&t. When I called customer service they said that the phone had damage so that was the charge for replacement. Not only was I aware of any charges but no one told me that if it had damage then they would charge me. So now my phone has been suspended and I am asked to repay teh $115 and an additional $40 for reactivation(after my bank disputed and refunded the charges). So here I am with no service and calling India every minute just to get someone saying "the only way to get your service back is if you pay!". Well At&t is the worst company ever and I mean EVER!!!!!!. When considering a wireless provider reconsider using this crap company. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
