I am so upset I can hardly think... I had some problems with my Samsung Galaxy 4 Phone and after 3 calls was sent a replacement phone. I was supposed to get a battery along with the phone which wrong battery was sent and 2 weeks later received the proper battery and switched my phone over. Due to a few issues and my negligence the phone was sent back past the alloted time and a charge for $600 appeared on my phone bill.
I called into customer service and they explained phone was never receieved and within 1 week they sent me an email stating phone WAS received. Charge was still on bill and called ATT again and was told it sometimes takes a few days, call back towards the end of June if charges are still on the bill.
Called Last Friday and spoke with warranty department after charges were still on the bill...could have gotten better customer service from the mosquito flying around my room all night and was told whether or not phone was returned it is still ATT policy that I be billed $600. My thoughts were to call back today and try to work something FAIR out. Nothing doing...my phone gets shut off as a result of the late charge because it appeared on my phone bill in May.
I have been an ATT customer for nearly 10 years and liked them until today. No credit, just had to pay the charge to get my phone turned back on. I am one very upset customer and need to get direction on who in ATT management I can speak with that can actually do something? A credit...or some compromise? I would have kept the returned phone had I known I would be billed for it.
Any help?
