I ordered a pair of SIM cards to switch to att because their wonderful rep told me I could. I ordered them, get them, go to install them and find out I can't use them! Talk to customer care and they blame ME for their screw up. I must have misunderstood? You got all the information about my phone and said it'd work. So now that's my fault. Right.
Then I put everything back in the envelope, including the top piece of the envelope I cut off to open it, and sent it back. Yeah, made sure they got EVERYTHING back.
That was a month ago. I still never got a refund. No one can tell me why. I spent over an hour on the phone with 7 different people, transferred calls and calling back.. got no where. Seriously? This weekend im calling the better business bureau and posting on every blog I can find about this. I mean, its theft! I couldn't get away with it but they can? Oh, its not over. I will be calling the bbb.
I warn EVERYONE to stay away from AT&T at all costs!!
