I was given bad option before traveling abroad and now my bill is outrageous. I had $150.00 credit , but it is still way above what I was initially told it would be. I never thought I would ever hear AT&T say that there isn't anything they can do!! I am soo upset and unhappy . I decided that on September I would cancel my services once contract is up, so I called to pay $150. 00 and adviced would call and pay the rest. The agent was very rude raised her voice and said no we cannot do that. Really? I work in customer service and know what goo service. I have received nothing, but bad service since this situation which was created by AT & T!!
