I really value being an att customer but if u will look at our records we've had issue after issue with att&t...i'd like to know why i jus got a text an email saying my line 205**** has went over when ive used my wifi??? I was using it when i got the text..im using it now!! I can provide s reen shot showing im using it...i just dont understand...please explain this to me cause if im going to be charged for going over my data plan..and be charged for it as well using wifi then whats point using it or even having our family contract??!! I always rate yalls questions a 10 i love the service itself and features but i have talked to the family already about not keeping att when our contract ends!! We take responsability for our actions but to be charged when im using wifi...no thats not right doesnt make since!! Please help
