My phone has been getting charged for Internet overage for over 7 months tapping on an extra 150 dollars a month. Before me and 3 other people were able to share 10gb of Internet a month and still have 4 gbs left over a month. And now I have to pay 350 a month splitting it between 4 people Due to overage I myself don't use my phone anymore but to browse forums. And I still get to 5gbs in 30 days as before I use to watch music videos daily in my lunch break at work now I go 85% of my day turning off manually on my phone my data. I'm doing the math even though my personal contact should be up in January it be cheaper to cancel all 4 lines and drop att for good customer service tells me they can't explain why the iPhone 5 on my line uses 15gb a month when the owner works 60 to 80 hours a week and is hardly on his phone and its not a Hotspot. The 45 dollars a month is cap at this point as 10gb no longer last with data turned off I'm currently in to day 16 of my data and my plans Internet is at 18 507 mb we don't watch videos out apps used don't require Internet and we just browse Internet and very rare get on Facebook I'm so tired one paying so much for Internet when I could get unlimited service for 60 dollars
