I have been a loyal AT&T customer for at least half of my 45 years. That said, I will be cancelling all of my AT&T provided services. I am completely disgusted by the bait & switch tactics which initially suckered me into a $160.00 family plan that ballooned to $400 dollars upon my first bill. Ive never heard so much backpedaling and excuses as I did today while listening to two customer service persons tell me that it was my fault that phone A didn't qualify and phone B had this or that issue. Of course none of these issues were brought to my attention when I signed up for the plan and ordered 3 new cell phones from your company. The entire episode is reminiscent of time spent on a used car lot. Very disgusted.
