Did the phone setup for 12/23 to Jan 20th - for International travel to London in December 2013
But got charged for Jan, Feb, March, April, May and continues even now as of 5/29/14
Lady from the billing dept said she could only revert for 3 months saying I should have looked at my bills earlier, (my fault, they can’t fix their system) and thats what her manager told her to tell me! Really, look at my bills, that’s what I did.

Said will get the settlement by June 2nd and she was optimistic as I was over charged and it was not my mistake!
Also got charged twice for $36 for phone upgrade for the billing cycle – 11/21/13 to 12/20/13 –
Got shunted to 3 people and the 3rd person gave the above case nos.
Took over 70 minutes of holding on the line and explaining my case to all the 3 people –
End result – case still not resolved! have to wait for someone in ATT to wake up and fix their erroneous or maybe purposefully overcharging system to be refunded back.
So would you want to have ATT as your phone carrier? Decide?
