Spent over an hour on the phone with customer support. Asked to be transferred to a supervisor after Lance repeated for the 10th time that this is a post pay account. Having already acknowledged him saying this yet again I asked for a supervisor. When she came on the line after 10 minutes. She began repeating the exact same thing that Lance was saying. That wasn't my question at all. Seeing that I had 2 people who were not interested in listening to me or resolving my issue I asked again to be escalated to a manager. Waiting another 10 minutes before the supervisor, she never gave me her name, said that a manager would return my call. 4 days later and no call back to resolve my issue.
Better to just go to Verizon than continue to put up with this abuse.
