I have already reported to the BBB on this. I cancelled 7/26 and my bill was until 8/13. At NO time was I ever advised the bill would not be adjusted. I was also overcharged on my June bill for changes to service when I only changed phone. I was overcharged $49 for this. I did change providers (THANK GOD) but now you have sour grapes and refuse to do any pro-ration. I have no problems continuing with the AT, FCC, and my lawyer, who is a former DA. I want my bill FIXED!!
