Bill changes monthly?

Hello all,

 

I'm wondering if maybe you can help. I've been with AT&T for going on four years now. I have a plan for my family, with a total of six lines. Recently, I've noticed that my bill changes every month. It has steadily been increasing, and I've called into customer service for the last three billing cycles. I've received the same answer with each call, that it's just taxes and fees. It seems like small changes, $0.20 on one line and $0.50 on the other. But these small charges over time have made a difference in my bill from $5-$10-$20. I'm unsure as to how to go about addressing this issue. Could someone please help? I'm at my wit's end.
