The first bill was way more than what I was told and is shown on the order summary. After 2 customer support contacts, no one would explain why and it's just how it is. Was offered a bit of a credit to stay a customer. It still bothered me so I finally figured it out.
I purchased 2 phones and ONE share value plan. The 1st bill shows that each phone was charged for it's own individual share plan!
How could this happen? Is this a scam against customers that don't scrutinize their inflated bill? Why didn't customer service find this when I asked them about the innaccurate bill?
