After nearly 20 year as an ATT (Cingular, etc.) customer, I finally left due to the extrodinary bills for lackluster service and unacceptable customer service.
I should have seen it coming, but after switching to a new carrier, I cannot get an itemized bill which includes a line item amount for my Early Termination Fee.
All of the CSRs have been utterly useless. Any suggestions? From what I've been told by the other carrier, I'm supposed to get an invoice which states the ammounts required for leaving early, but I have only received my "Bill-at-a-glance."
Does anyone know who I can talk to, or how to get this?
