I called customer service to upgrade to 15gb for no additional cost, as that was being promoted on TV. I was told that was no problem and it would be @ no charge. Now my bill has gone up $20 a month. Customer service told me there was nothing they can do about that. Basically they can lie directly to you and I am now out $20 until my contact is up. Is that really fair. AT&T just flat out lied to me and is now "oh well". Think I should I contact an attorney or BBB? My old plan is no longer available per CS.
