2 year contract

Hi am Steve,
I have the account #[edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]. Even tho my 2 year contract has expired almost 5 months ago , my bill is still the same. Shouldn't I expect to see a difference on my bill at the end of the 2 year contract ?
Please advise.
