Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced

I have spent over 2 hours of my life that I will never get back trying to resolve a simple billing issue regarding a tablet that was added to my account on March 2nd. At the time the tablet was added to my account the agent representing AT&T told me this would be a $10 montly charge and I would also receive a $200 rewards card. Since then the monthly charge for the tablet is $40 per month. I have talked to over 8 people so far who continue to transfer me from one person to the next and either end up not being the right person or the call gets disconnected. I am going to Verizon tonight to move all of my services to them due to this issue remaing unresolved.
