Unresolved Issue from October 2015

Where do I begin without getting really upset. 

 

 I have been trying to get my billing corrected since October 2015.  Every promise that I was given to win our account as well as increase our lines with ATT has not been honored.   As a matter of fact, it has been a total nightmare.  

Our company history with ATT has not been great at all.   I was due a large credit and also promotional credits for transferring lines from Verizon to ATT..   None of it has been completed.   I need a represenative that will follow this entire thing through.  I have been communicating with our represenative as well as his manager with no... results.    I can not afford to pay bills that I never agreed to.   Please advise an upper level supervisor that has the authortity to resolve this issue so that our company can move forward and so that ATT can restore their working relationship with me as well as any contacts that I have.
