So I recently became an ATT customer. I switched over from verizon, and have been having nothing but issues since. Here is my situation. I ported over 3 lines I was promised 300 dollars a line plus a sign up bonus of 100 dollars and a buy one get one free phone promotion. One of the three lines I ported from verizon had to be ported back due to some other issues at hand. Unfortunately that line was the free phone i received, so when i did that the rep told me he could just give me a new number and that phone payment plan wouldn't be affected, but now it has been and I am being told there is nothing they can do about it. Is there any way to get this phone back on a payment plan even if I have to make the payments I really cant afford a 1000 dollar phone bill right now. Also when do I receive my bill credits i haven't seen anything yet going on 3rd bill?
