where do you find this? I was given the wrong # from customer service after being on the phone for 1 hour and 7 minutes with no resolution.. go figure.. been customer for over 22 years and now they are pretty much calling us liars, because what they promised, they can't deliver, or someone didn't put it in the notes, how is this our fault.Please if someone has the escalaion department phone #, I would love to have it. Also does anyone know if you can report their " promising " to like the FCC or Apple, letting them know you have been a long time customer and the way you are being treated, surely Apple woudn't want to be misrepresented.. Thanks for any help ..
