I issued a claim to the warranty back in December 2015 received my new phone and returned the damaged one. I received 1 phone call in January regarding the damaged phone I explained it had been mailed back the lady said it must not have yet been scanned into the system and left it at that. Now 3 months later I'm being billed for the phone. I refuse to pay for the phone that I no longer have. I have searched my home for the receipt that I can not find I have gone to the post office with the tracking number that I was provided. And it is no where to be found. I'm in a panic. Anyone have this happen to them.
