All AT&T customers, my suggestion is to ask for a text with the prices the associates give you. DON'T get an upgrade cause they just tell you one price and you open your first bill and BAMM!!!! It's way higher. Reason for this especially on our account we have caught Lisa M in numerous lies. The latest one she told us we would be getting a one-time credit of $160 and she only posted $1. This was NOT the first lie that Lisa M told us, yeah thanks for the "supposed to be" 10 gigs, WE STILL HAVE ONLY 3. When we're done with our contract we're switching, we're sick of the lies and promises from associates "How can i help you resolve this issue?" #1 When you have our account on your screen and quote us a price....HONOR IT!!!!! AT&T is nothing but lies.
