How can AT&T cancel entire acc. When payments are being made on # , I have been customer for 15 yrs. had a miss communication, 2 #'s on my acc. Only had 1 phone, they charged early termination fee of 350. We'll I live on fixed income, so I sent payment for my wireless # with 15 extra, still my service was cancelled, then they say CALL well you can't call if your phone doesn't work😬!!!!!!!
