we just bundled our wireless and Directv bills on 2/6/16 and we have had nothing but problems since. I have been eligible for an upgrade on my phone for over 2 years. I went to a company store yesterday and after 1 hour and 39 minutes of the employee trying to complete the upgrade and contacting support via chat and on the phone was told there was nothing he could do "sorry, have a nice night".
I would like to unbundle my directv and AT&T wireless accounts since the discount we were given for bundling the accounts voided another discount we already received from directv so our overall savings was around $1.50, not even $2 dollars of savings for what has now amounted to over an hour on the phone to bundle the accounts, a total of 2 hours and 40 mins driving to a company store, waiting there and then driving home without a phone. Fortunately for us, the other 2 lines on our account are both out of contract at the end of this month.
