I went to the AT & T store in Redlands, CA to get my son a new phone and the sales lady added a 3rd phone line even though I specifically told her that I could not afford a notepad or a 3rd line. It was near Christmas and I'm sure she wanted to hit a quota. Anyway it took me 6 seperate calls and being on hold for the equivalent of 3 hours of my life and 2 months bills to finally get it fixed. After all of that they gave me a $10 credit!!! I've been with them for over 6 years and what a way to treat a good customer!!
