I paid 77.00 to my account but it was credited to a different account
I then paid another 77.00 to the account
then I got a bill for 127.00 on my wireless account
I paid 120.00 and asked for the account information with regards to the previous 77.00 payment that I was told had been credited to the wireless account and not the uverse account as I was told
I made another 77.00 payment as you couldnt transfer the amount to the right account
I sent the payment of 120.00 that says it is processing and today made another payment of hte 7.00 as I cant find the records of the banks reciept for the 77.00 so I have paid my bill
and feel the email that says you will turn off my account cant be responded to so I have
called and replied here and is there an email address I can send billing inquiries to as I dont
have the time to wait on the phone
and need a way to get a record of the communications about these very important things
with AT&T
