So, I cancelled my AT&T wireless account after 2 days into a new billing cycle (switched to Cricket wireless), but when the bill got generated a couple days later, it included the entire billing cycle (extra 28 days when I will not have ATT&T anymore), but I thought thats ok for now and will be getting another final bill a month later with a credit to those 28 days. But there's no final bill or credit even after the next billing date is past now. When I call ATT support, they have no clue about how this works and just keep repeating my final amount due. What do I do? Whom should I contact to finalize my account statement?
