I have added new line to my existing ATT Wireless account back in Jun 2015. I have ported number from different carrier to ATT for my new line. At that time ATT offered $200 bill credit for activating new line if service. It’s already been 7 months completed and I would have called customer care at least 6 time in last 4 months (more than hour long discussion each time), but still I didn't my bill credit. Last time I spoke a month before and I was told that they took my case already and its under processing. I am tired calling customer care and explaining about the same every time. I would like to understand what is going on with my account and the reason why it is taking this long to get my Bill credit. I would like to escalate this issue to next level. Could you please advise me on the process. Appreciate your help !
