On Feb 1st my device went into a upgrade mode just when I was trying to make an important call and I could not turn my phone off or get the battery out of kyocera phone to stop this upgrade from Att. Well this new upgrade totally sucks, it has changed my phone completly and I lost my contacts, my icons, my phone sound, the format is all different. the phone totally sucks now, I think I should be compensated this month on my bill, Att should reduce my bill for a sorry phone that is now worse than ever.I have spent countless hours trying to figure out the new format, I have double contacts now and lost all pics of my contacts. My time is worth money, as I figure it I have spent over 40 hours at 20 dollars an hour trying to fix and figure out this new format. so you owe me 800 dollars. You think I am going to be paying my bill? How could you even think of charging me after what you have done to my phone with this sorry update?
