Double billed

I paid for my monthly service on the $45 plan on 12/26/15.  I paid $48.60 at the time.  Then also I applied to autopay for start to Feb. But, I check my bank account  I paid $48.60 and an additional $43.20 dollars at the same time (12/28). Can you confirm this and Can I refund this?
