I talked with your customer service person - Ceres N - on 12/23/15 to set up auto refilll for my $45/month plan. She said I qualified for auto refill and would be charged $40/month instead of the $45. She took my credit card info and said the payment would be charged to my card on 1/13/16. This info was still not showing up on my online account. She told me to wait an hour or so and by that time a green tab or button would show up and if I clicked on that I would see I was now on auto refill. Three days later, no green tab was present and I was continuing to get the message that "auto refill is OFF for this plan". I sent a text to "Ceres" explaining my problem but never got a reply. I just attempted to check my account online to ensure that the $40 would indeed be charged automatically to my credit card on 1/13/16. Not so. It continues to give me the same message - "auto refill is OFF for this plan" - and will not allow me to do anything about signing up for auto-refill - or to even check for information from my conversation with Ceres on 12/23/15. I would appreciate if you - or "someone" would correct this problem and make sure that I am indeed signed up for auto refill - and that it will show up on my on-line account.
