I came from eastern asia. Firsty, sorry for my broken English.
I'm using gophone in the U.S. I setted up auto-refil in my gophone by using debit card. But last time(12/15/2015), auto refil was not working. I tried to re-set up auto refil but I could not.
So, I diabled auto refil and refiled by another credit card. It was succeed.
Actually my debit card is not wrong. It is working. Therefore, I think it is error in payment service.
After that, I realized that bill for auto-refil is still payed for AT&T. It is really weird because it was not working. And never refund it until now.
Should I wait for refund or ask customer servie?
