Over th last few months had Uverse bundled account to cancel the wireless portion of the account and credits were issued. After dealing with them, we thought the issue was resolved. Here's where the problem restarts......... apparently, the account was not canceled by wireless who created a new account and sent out a new bill to my 70 year old mother who is confused about what is going on since we thought it was closed out. After calling the support line 800-331-0500 and speaking to a rep who transfered me to retention who claimed they were the highest supervisor that I could speak to until she put another the guy on the line who was of no help getting the cancellation completed but referred us to go to an ATT store that is almost 40 miles away one way, I am furious to say the least. Why should I have to spend money to travel to a store for an issue created by ATT? Please help!
