I'm very frustrate, i was about 3.25hrs on the phone with AT&T, trying to schedulle a payment, i spoke to several ppl, transfering me all over the place. Not trained properly and very rude.
The las person i spoke with ( At&t must have recorded) hang up the phone on me just because i asked to speack with a manager.
I'm a At&T customer for years and i felt very disrespected and i am about to cancel the service due the lack of respect with their customer.
Please if theres any manager available pls contact me via email as son as possible.
