I have been a loyal AT&T customer for over 4 years with never a late payment. However, I have had multiple issues with my wireless account over the last 3 months and have been very unhappy with the inability to correct these issues. In Dec 2013, upgrade my wireless with adding line as they proposed me to 85 dollor per month for unlimited text and talk for family line( Representative Junior scortes id :sc4130) Every month since my Wireless account has been upgraded, I've had to call and wait on hold for up to an hour and fix billed with credit. The representative told me each month that the problem was due to family plan and will not be issues on next bill I would put up with the hassle hoping it would be fixed the next month. After 3months of this unnecessary extra step, I finally reached a manager and he told me that they will give me 10 dollor every month discount for next 12 months bill down to 107 which is still 20 dollor more than representative said but i am already eligible to get 25% discount with organization FAN account.
