My mother has on several occasions called AT&T to deal with unexplained charges and was handed around to multiple departments before being told it would be credited to her account and she wouldn't have to deal with it any more. It is December and she has now received a bill with the unexplained charges STILL THERE. In addition, her U-verse has been disabled until she pays this mysterious wireless bill. Unlike most places in America, we actually have competing businesses in our town (Comcast and T-Mobile) and as much as we'd hate to go over to them, we will gladly switch to them if this issue is not solved. We would be cutting off our AT&T wireless, internet, AND u-verse by going this route but at this rate we don't see a choice.
