I've been having an issue with receiving my port credit of $300. I posted of it here and was soon contacted by Jeremy B. I explained what was going on and he promised to look into it. A few days passed and I never got a response. Today I emailed and received a response that the email address wasn't active anymore and call CS. The whole point of this is to avoid CS. This whole system is a scam. It's a cheap way for Att to avoid CS calls.
