I bought the iphone 6s plus at an apple store and then was told I lost my contract which was 450 minutes of talk 200 text messages and unlimited data for $75 plus taxes about $84 total. after a couple of days of contracting support, 2 SENIOR advisors assured me if I took the phone back to Apple and bought the phone at an AT&T store they would reinstate my orginial contract. Instead they are trying to charge me $119 for 700 minutes talk unlimited text what ever on the data (I use less than 2 gig a month).The senior advisors BOTH ASSURED me while i was talking to them on the phone that they were setting my account back to the orginial agreement which wasn't true. who do I contact or file complaints with to resolve this issue? How do I forward this to someone who will take care of this obvisiously the senior advisiors are creditable.
